SHIPPING

Our processing time is 7-10 business days. Ella Jos Lounge uses multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and International. Once your payment is processed, orders may take 1-3 business days for your order to ship excluding holidays and weekends. Once your order is shipped you will receive either an email/text notification with the carrier and tracking number. 
If a product is defected, please contact us via email  customerservice@ellajoslounge.com within 7 days of your purchase, and we will rectify the issue.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may purchase shipping insurance during the checkout process.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
We will gladly accept items for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. 
Once orders have been received, please note the you are responsible for all returns/shipping cost and/or exchanges. Refunds will be issued in the same form of the original payment type. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
